MIAM
A Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM) is a preliminary meeting where you will learn about the mediation process and explore whether it is suitable for your situation.
Any person who wishes to bring a family matter before the court is expected to attend a MIAM before issuing proceedings.
MIAMS can be face to face or online via Zoom.
